26 and 10 is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you accidentally ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, 26 and 10 offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please email us at sales@26and10.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital downloads are not refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Being that we replace damaged items, refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. If for any reason we are unable to rectify the issue by replacing the item we will ask that the product be returned prior to processing a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping times will vary from product to product. All items are printed packaged and prepared for shipping after an order has been placed. Production time is usually between 1-4 business days. Shipping usually takes an addition 3-7 business days. You should receive an update on shipping status once the item(s) have been printed and packaged.
